Pancho Magalona and Charito Solis are best remembered in El Filibusterismo, directed by Gerry de Leon and produced by Bayanihan/Arriva Films.

But they also starred in several LVN and Dalisay movies, among them Jikiri (1962) with Pancho playing a Muslim warrior and Charito, his love interest.

When LVN closed shop in the early ‘60s due to labor problems, Dalisay was set up, using LVN studio and stars. — RKC

Trivia - Original Titles

Did you know that before "The Princess and I" and "Ina, Kapatid, Anak" were used as titles of ABS-CBN teleseryes they were originally titles of the movies of Ms Charito Solis? The Princess and I was actually a Japanese film made in 1962 while Ina, Kapatid, Anak was produced by Regal films in 1979.
